Last month we connected to our main hip flexor; the psoas. This time around we will be reconnecting to our psoas and diaphragms! BREATHE BABY.
Beginning with some minor body movement and awareness.
Finishing mostly with sound & crystal healing & some longer individual reiki healing!
This full moon is in Capricorn so lets connect with capricorns charged energy and discipline and kick our goals over the next month.
If you are feeling like you need a kick up the butt, motivation or some discipline to get things done in life. Then this monthly moon healing and meditation is for you!!
