CRYSTAL MALA MEDITATION BEADS

Mala Beads have been used in Buddhist and Hindu prayer ceremonies and
meditation for years. They are used to keep count of prayers and mantras.
Meditation is not about turning off our thoughts or feelings but more about learning to recognise them without judgement and understand them better. It is an amazing tool to master, and the earlier the better. This workshop is open to anyone but we would love to encourage mums and daughters to come along and create their own set of Mala beads so that they can practice together.
Join Kim, owner of Dragonfly Spiritual Spa, in our workshop by the water, including:
° An introduction to meditation with Mala beads
° Choose your own crystal beads
° Create a beautiful set of Crystal Mala Beads to use in meditation.
You may choose to make a half Mala or (if time permits) attempt a full Mala which can also be worn as a necklace
