Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change a booking,
or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will be charged.
With less than 24 hours the full amount will be charged.
If you fail to show up for your appointment the full treatment value will be applied.
This also applies for booking certificates.
