My name is Bec and I have been working as a Massage Therapist, Energetic Healer & Beauty Therapist on Sydneys Northern Beaches and Byron Bay for over 10 years.

My passion is mind/body health & alignment. I enjoy noticing the links between our emotions and the physical body and once you recognise patterns of thinking and “being” that are interfering with your bodies health, you can change them and in turn, change your life.

I have studied Massage, Energetic and Spiritual Healing, Reiki, Crystal healing, Sound healing, Meditation, Beauty Therapy and Personal Training to literally bridge the gap between mind, body and spirit for myself and then in turn, others.
As a young girl I used to Meditate, create rituals and was always drawn to magic. I studied Energetic and Spiritual healing after I left high school and found my calling! It all just made sense and it all felt like a remembering process. Nothing felt new. Just magical and familiar.

Our bodies are so intelligent, I mean, how the hell did it divinely create itself in the first place?

It is my love of all things “spiritual”, “conscious” and “true” .. that drives me to grow and learn and share and offer.
