With big changes to the laws around gift voucher expiry dates we have made a decision to make it much fairer to our customers. We will no longer be offering gift vouchers but we will be replacing them with a certificate.
This certificate will be know as a "Dragonfly booking certificate" and will not be paid for by the customer until it is redeemed. We will however be contacting them a couple of weeks after you have given them the voucher to book them in This way, if the recipient doesn't redeem it, then you don't pay.
There are 2 options -
Option 1: You are most welcome to book a tentative time for the recipient to come in. We will write the date on the certificate and if it doesn't suit them they can call and rebook for a time that works. (This is the preferred method as then you know they will use their certificate relatively soon)
Option 2: The certificate will encourage the recipient to book as soon as possible. If we don't hear from them within a couple of weeks we will call them to make a booking and then call for payment. (This method is also fine however as there is no expiry the recipient may not use it for some time and we will call for payment when they eventually redeem it)
